Short notice…but my plans changed and the forecast looks good. Let’s do MINIS!
Sessions will run every half an hour from 4pm to 6:30pm. That’s only SEVEN sessions. First come, first served, so email me NOW! Location TBD – South Calgary.
The idea is to get a perfect Christmas Card shot, plus individuals of each child, the children together, and mom & dad together (hasn’t happened since your Wedding Photos? Now’s the time!)
Your gallery will be up within ONE WEEK of your shoot, where you can show family & friends and pick your fave 4 images. I email them to you RIGHT AWAY! Additional files and prints and wall art can be purchased (and CHRISTMAS Cards!).
It’s time to book your fall shoots for 2015!
I have a few sessions still available for September, and lots available for October – but they’ll go quick! I suggest booking early in the month, in case we need to reschedule for weather. The best time for fall shoots is around 6pm in September, and 5pm in October.
Sessions are $200 for an hour of shooting, then in about 4 days I will have all your images edited, and post them online for you to view and share with friends & family. Files are $60/image to purchase, with packages available.
My outdoor fall sessions have wrapped up, always my busiest time of year. Thanks to everyone!
It’s that time again…my busy time! I absolutely love shooting in the fall. The leaves, the colour of the ‘sweet light’…nothing beats it.
Once again, I will be offering Mini Sessions.
There are only a few sessions available, and they get snapped up fast!
Here’s the info:
If you are interested, please email me with the date you want, and I’ll let you know what times are available. (The best light is about an hour before sunset…keep that in mind!)
Please note these sessions are for a maximum of 5 people. About 5 days after the shoot, you will receive about 15-20 images in an online gallery where you can choose your selections.
This was my busiest fall ever. Thanks to all my awesome regulars and tons of new clients!
All but one of my fall sessions were down by the Ranche in Fish Creek this year. As much as I try to get to some new places, I just keep going back there. It has some of the best backgrounds I’ve ever seen. The biggest problem with this, is that when I go to blog, all the sessions look so similar! Well, and fighting for spots with other photographers!
But alas, here they are!
The ‘Best Dressed’ award goes to this family. I just love how coordinated they were. The plum colour looks great with the fall background!
This was the most meaningful shoot for me this fall – probably all year. It’s coincidentally the only session not done at the Ranche! This little guy has Autism and it was a tough shoot. I was seriously cheering when I uploaded them to my computer and saw the good ones. Trust me, the ones where he’s looking at the camera were TOUGH to get. I’m super pleased with what I was able to capture.
This family deserves a shout-out. I was late for their session. Well, it was worse than that. I actually forgot about their session. By the time they called me, and I got there, I was 48 minutes late. Thankfully, they were awesome about it, and I ended up with better light than I would have had if we had started on time. Everything happens for a reason. Or because you forget to put it in your calendar. 😉
And talk about sweet light! This was an incredible night for light:
